Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • in their original packaging

  • in the same condition you received them

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • digital products

  • gift cards

  • custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the item

We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at grant@blisshome.net with:

  • your name

  • order number

  • reason for return

We’ll send you instructions for completing the return.
